These terms govern your use of Color Garden, an online coloring app for kids. Color Garden is operated by Yasmin ("we", "us"). When you use Color Garden, you are entering into an agreement with Yasmin.

Acceptance

By accessing or continuing to use Color Garden, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Who can use Color Garden

Color Garden is designed for children to enjoy with a parent or guardian. Accounts and purchases must be made by an adult of legal age, who is responsible for the child's use of the service.

The service

Color Garden lets you color digital pages using fill, brush and eraser tools and save your finished pictures. The Color Garden Club is a monthly subscription that unlocks the full library of coloring pages.

Your account

Keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your details accurate.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• use the service for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful;
• send spam or attempt to deceive others;
• copy, resell or redistribute our coloring pages or infringe anyone's intellectual property;
• interfere with the security of the service, including uploading malware, probing for weaknesses or scraping.

Intellectual property

Yasmin owns Color Garden and all related software, artwork, designs and branding. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the service. Pictures you color are yours to keep and print for personal use.

Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, renewal, cancellation and refund terms are set out in Paddle's Buyer Terms. The Color Garden Club renews monthly until cancelled. See also our Refund Policy.

Service availability

We work hard to keep Color Garden running smoothly, but we do not guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access to the service for a material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations of these terms.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes
