Color Garden is operated by Yasmin. Yasmin is the data controller for personal data collected through Color Garden and decides how and why it is used.

Data we collect and why

• Account details (name, email address, login credentials) — to create and manage your account and provide the service. Legal basis: contract.
• Subscription status — to unlock Club content you have paid for. Legal basis: contract.
• Support messages — to answer your questions. Legal basis: contract and legitimate interests.
• Usage and device data (IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages visited) — to keep the service secure, prevent fraud and improve it. Legal basis: legitimate interests.

Coloring happens in your browser. Pictures you color are not uploaded to us unless a future feature clearly asks you to save them to your account.

Children

Accounts are created by parents or guardians. We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

Who we share data with

• Service providers who host and run the app (hosting, database, authentication).
• Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, for the sale of subscriptions, subscription management, payments, tax compliance and invoicing.
• Professional advisers such as lawyers and accountants.
• Authorities where required by law.

International transfers

Our providers may process data outside your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep data

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymise it. Account data is deleted after you close your account, unless we must keep it by law.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the use of your data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. You can also complain to your local data protection authority. We respond to requests within one month.

Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit and access controls, to protect your data.
